As part of our circular economy initiative at the Tuas Integrated and Renewable Energy Facility, 800 Super has established iWash — a fully automated, carbon-neutral industrial laundry operation.

A Carbon-Neutral, Sustainable Solution

Our laundry automation is powered by a biomass co-generation energy plant that uses wood and horticultural waste to generate electricity. Additionally, thermal sanitisation of hospitality linens utilises heat recovered from our waste treatment processes.

Through diligent use of self-generated renewable energy, our facility operates without fossil fuels — making us the only carbon-neutral laundry plant in Singapore. Every stage — from washing to flatwork — is designed for maximum efficiency and environmental responsibility.

We provide tailored waste collection services for a broad range of industries, including shopping complexes, hotels, factories, shipyards, and more.
Our approach includes assessing each client’s operations and waste streams to customise waste pickup and recycling programmes that suit their specific needs.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
To make recycling convenient for residential customers, we offer several easy-to-use solutions:

Door-to-door collection using recycling bags
Recycling bin collection at HDB common areas

Residents simply place recyclables in designated bags or bins — we handle the sorting at our Material Recovery Facilities.
For commercial clients, we provide customised recycling solutions based on waste types and volumes.

Food Waste & Recycling Lockers

As part of a trial project with residents in the Bishan East–Sin Ming Estate, we introduced the Food Waste Recycling Locker and Smart Recycling Box. These initiatives recover usable food leftovers and recyclables, reducing the volume of waste transported and incinerated.
